Incredible pizza, the best Neapolitan pizza I've ever had. The dough is remarkable: light, crispy, and easy to digest. You can choose from a variety of doughs: grains, burnt wheat, whole wheat, and mixed, and you can choose a higher or lower crust. The options range from classic to vegan (a round of applause), to gourmet options for special toppings, all while respecting the local ingredients. Everything was perfect, and the prices were fair. The dough is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

I've never had a better pizza. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the cooking and dough are excellent. The atmosphere is spotless. The service is impeccable, and the kindness and professionalism of the pizza chef and all the staff are the order of the day. Highly recommended!

One of the best pizzas (and also pinsa and pale) in Lecce. Kudos also to the service, especially the foreigner (maybe Albanian? It doesn't matter), who was extremely kind, helpful, and professional.
