Pizza Man - Via Carlo del Prete

23/12/2024: I went last night to eat pizza after 1 year. Unfortunately it was a different experience than I remembered. The pizza was not well cooked, the inside was watery and the mozzarella was shriveled up in touches. I didn't notice any taste or smell of wood-fired pizza. I didn't complain just because I was invited and out of politeness towards those who offered me I didn't send the pizza back or at least to have it cooked more. I then found similar reviews, which was a shame because from what I remembered it was something completely different. Maybe they changed the origins of the ingredients so it's not the pizza chef's fault.
