To eat a decent pizza I have to move away from my area, even if just a little, among pizzerias that imitate contemporary Neapolitan pizza, with the result of having raw, burnt and certainly unhealthy pizzas, among historic pizzerias that do not maintain the quality of the past, among new pizzerias that you might as well go to the kebab shop, today overcome by desperation and the stubbornness of eating a decent pizza, I try the takeaway from "Delizia", a Margherita and a four cheese reinforced with salami. The smell was already promising, then I open the box and I finally see a classic pizza, without frills but made well and cooked better, the salami is honest, not the kebab style ones that are now found everywhere which look like a Romanian salami, but the classic sacrosanct spicy salami, very good dough, standard tomato, cooked? Perfect, crust burnished but not black or burnt, lower part of the pizza cooked with the classic "Dalmatian" effect, absolutely not burnt but a sign of correct cooking, indicating that the oven was clean.
Who knows if it was luck or is it their standard?
Anyway good pizza, don't expect grand gourmet but a good classic pizza, today it's already a mirage, congratulations Delizia see you soon.
