Per una pausa lavorativa,per caso ci imbattiamo in questo locale.
Location strepitosa in stile " saloon",con tanto di personale vestito a tema.
Iniziamo degustando un po' dei loro fritti,tutti molto buoni e particolari.
E poi ovviamente assaggiamo la loro pizza,per mio gusto personale,una delle migliori mai assaggiate, è risultata molto fina e "scrocchiarella" come piace a me.
Servizio oltre ad essere a tema e quindi molto bello, è risultato anche gentile e professionale.

A good menu with decidedly good pizza. Simple, tidy and welcoming place. The only flaw is that the service is decidedly below average, not precise and confusing. Unfortunately, the training of the waiters is not adequate, dishes are brought poorly (with the thumb inside the edge of the plate, not in contact with the food, but absolutely not appropriate), replacement of cutlery has to be asked for and not very quick, the basics of service etiquette are completely absent (caps are not left at the table but are removed in front of the customer, the plate is handed from the right and not from the left, the pregnant woman is served, in order, first, then the women and then the men). This could also be due to the fact that I don't think they have a precise organization of the ranks (Chef de rang, commis, runner) and I suppose they work undersized. A little more care would be enough to have a decent service. Overall passed, but I advise you to review the organization of the room and the roles to be maintained.

I went to this pizzeria for the first time on Friday, March 28th at the invitation of friends.
The place is truly unique, as is its history. A western frontier setting in the center of Guidonia whose specialty... is pizza.
If you overcome the initial distrust, I can say that the place is really nice, equipped with great care, from the murals to every single object that suggests, for the managers, a visceral passion for this world.
Everything is themed, including the staff and there is always the owner to welcome you, who is a real character with jackets, guns, boots and a real cowboy hat.
Frankly, the pizza is delicious and so are the fried foods. Everything is digestible without problems, a sign of excellent leavening and good flours.
By the way, the pizzeria also offers, in addition to classic and wholemeal flours, lightflow flours, both for pizzas and desserts, suitable for ketogenic diets (it opened up a world that I was unaware of).
The pizzeria organizes several events. Friday was the "Festival del Cappello" where all the customers were required to wear a cowboy hat provided by the pizzeria (great organization Hats for everyone and of various sizes) and I guarantee that it was a lot of fun. The entertainment was given by a band that played live in the place (the only bad note, often you were forced to shout because of the volume), obviously country music.
Ultimately, the pizza is very good, you should also try other dishes at this point and for how it is organized and for how you are looked after, you also live "an experience", as it is so fashionable to say when you are ripped off by a prohibitive price, only that here they don't fleece you.
In short, I saw a lot of love for what they do (and I wouldn't have expected less from a place that has managed to remain faithful and consistent for more than 30 years), I could say that you don't get bored since there are several events and what we all ate was really good.

Un posto fantastico, cibo e location senza pari. Carbonara da paura ma, anche i fritti e la pizza sono eccezionali. Forno a vista, Un pezzo di western a Roma. Posto molto pulito, staff gentilissimo. È uno di quei posti dove ci si torna, volentieri e spesso.
