Until now I had not reviewed Saraghina in words, as I believe it is reductive to describe one's favorite restaurant, given that I like EVERYTHING about this place... but today I decided to do so, also in light of other feedback I have read. Oh well, everything good that has been written before me corresponds to the sacrosanct truth: the environment is refined but comfortable, never pompous; there are not too many tables so communication is pleasant even though it is often full; the service is loving, friendly attention with valuable advice, without ever being intrusive; the quality of the raw materials and the wisdom of those who prepare them, unparalleled for miles.. For those who enter with fear of waiting times, mentioned in other reviews, I would recommend entering the Saraghina as you would enter a spa: to enjoy the moment, the pleasure of the beautiful things in life, without necessarily having to pay attention to the clock (as for us, sometimes we would also require a slower service to stay longer...but even those who work here deserve to rest) Too bad it's a 45 minute drive from us, otherwise we'd go every week With love, your Ferrara fans
