Pizza & Birra In Bussolengo

Excellent pizza and excellent service from the owner, pizza chef, and waitress. We ordered four pizzas between three of us. A Roman peel was crispy and light with tomato and mozzarella, and a fried pizza (calzone) was fried in clean oil, perfectly done, as it didn't ooze grease and wasn't heavy. Then we ordered two more contemporary-style pizzas. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the melt-in-the-mouth dough, which isn't rubbery but soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The crust is quite pronounced (you may or may not like it, but the quality of the dough makes it a satisfying experience). Perhaps a side dish could be added to the menu, with a small bowl of ragù or tomato sauce for those who want to accompany the crust, but no complaints. The place is small but still seats 25, I think. It's a shame, because if it had more tables inside, it would be a super pizzeria, always crowded. The owner is very open to conversation and attentive to customer needs. Very intimate and welcoming place, fantastic and prepared staff, spectacular pizza, if you want something more complex it is the perfect place. Their homemade desserts are out of this world absolutely to try

The pizza was really excellent, as was the service, the only shame was the uncomfortable seats and stools.

Pizzeria discovered by chance at the end of a trip in the area. We had a great time, the place was born as a takeaway pizzeria and therefore the tables inside are in industrial pub style with high seats, normal outside. The pizza is really delicious 😋, the menu is full of tradition and innovation. The excellent dough and quality ingredients, the owner, who is also the pizza chef, works hard and manages to serve the pizzas with an acceptable wait. At the end of the dinner I had the pleasure of having a chat on a technical level with him and he was very available to talk about both flours and dough management, something not everyone can do... I am very happy to have found such a good product and such a friendly pizza chef in Bussolengo 😃

Siamo stati ieri sera incuriositi dalle foto e recensioni, dopo un lungo pomeriggio passato al parco natura viva, la pizza si è fatta attendere un pochino,ma assolutamente ripagata dalla sua bontà e dalla meticolosità del ragazzo pizzaiolo propietario che dedica amore ad ognuna! Che dire..pizze favolose, non saprei quale scegliere xké sono tutte TOP!

The pizza is really good. Nothing to say. The smells and flavors brought me back to when I was a child eating pizza at relatives' in Naples. Excellent products!

Piccole realtà che fanno la differenza, ordinata sempre d’asporto stasera mi presento per mangiarla dal vivo, pizza fantastica, ricerca delle materie prime, un lavoro dietro l’impasto che trasmette passione, ricerca, tutti aggettivi che portano a una pizza veramente fantastica, cornicione alto, leggerissima, una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato ! Il titolare Nunzio, trasmette tutta la sua passione e si meriterebbe molto di più e complimenti anche alla ragazza che ci ha servito, torneremo sicuramente !

Pizza of exceptional quality both classic and contemporary (both Neapolitan and pan-fried). Fast service, the place is welcoming but does not give the air of a restaurant where you can sit down for a long dinner
