Truly exceptional pizza. The dough is thick, yet very light. I recommend the charcoal pizza, definitely worth trying. The selection of flavors is varied. Paolo's friendliness is superb.

The pizza is really delicious! Wide selection of equally good beers! Not the usual chewy, stringy pizza al taglio! It's best to book a bit in advance to get more toppings, so you don't end up with just the Margherita (if you're lucky) if you arrive after 8 pm. The owners are truly lovely! It's a must-stop every time you come to Brescia or the Civil Hospital, as it's just 100 meters away! Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

The best pizza by the slice I've ever tasted! Soft and melt-in-your-mouth, even at eight o'clock in the evening, topped with excellent ingredients and never-before-seen combinations (mascarpone, parmesan, and fresh porcini mushrooms—where else can you find that?!). And Paolo is behind the counter, with his natural, engaging personality! I'll be back!

03/01/2026: A beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. Carlo is a very friendly and attentive host. This was our second stay, and we will definitely be back.
29/08/2025: We had such a wonderful and unforgettable week's holiday at Carlo's in Tignale. Such a lovingly run B&B in a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the lake, a charming and cozy atmosphere, and then there was the culinary delights for breakfast and dinner – you rarely find places like this anymore. Highly recommended if you're looking for peace and relaxation away from the tourist hotspots. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this fantastic accommodation to family and friends.

29/01/2026: I've been here twice already. Very welcoming place. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen, and everyone welcomes you with a smile. The service is fast, the food is very good and authentic (you can tell from the first bite and the bread they bring to your table). The lunch menu is updated daily. High quality, very hard to find at such low prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I'll be back again and again to try other dishes...even with a full tank, there's parking.
27/01/2026: Something to remember... excellent food, impeccable service, exemplary cleanliness, a place I want to return to.
