It wasn't an easy experience at all. We were celebrating a birthday and when booking we were told that there were two shifts: either 8.30pm or 9.30pm. Well we booked for 9.30pm, for 20 people, we arrived at the restaurant for 9.35pm and there wasn't a table ready yet and they didn't even know what time it would be free (if one works shifts one has to be clear with the customers and send them away at a certain time). We waited outside in the cold for 40 minutes. We sit at the table at around 10.20pm with a hunger like a wolf, another 20 minutes of waiting to order. Unfortunately I couldn't eat pizza or first courses and therefore I had to order a second course. The moment of ordering arrives and I ask for the grilled vegetables (making me remove the radicchio which I don't like) and the fillet with porcini mushroom sauce, the waitress insisting on having me order the sliced meat with rosemary and salt or parmesan and rocket, without giving me a real explanation for the change in the type of meat and saying that there are also potatoes. After a brief discussion we arrive at a compromise of steak with porcini mushroom sauce (even if it wasn't what I wanted) medium cooking, saying that I don't want potatoes (I can't eat those either!) but only grilled vegetables. I don't understand if the difficult communication was caused by language problems (the waitress was not Italian) or the waitress' indisposition due to the time and the full boxes (which in any case was not our fault ordering at 10.45pm!). A further wait of about 30 minutes and I finally start to eat, I saw the grilled vegetables with binoculars, there were the red radicchio and the potatoes that I had asked to remove and half of the cut was super cooked while the other half was almost rare. 3 pieces of courgette, 4 whole cherry tomatoes, 2 pieces of aubergine, half a red radicchio and 6 pieces of potatoes. The birthday girl and I asked for some white wine, the glasses arrived halfway through dinner after having asked for them at least 4 times (luckily there was a helpful boy waiter who ran up and down to correct our waitress' forgetfulness too!). The pizzas looked good, but virtually all the edges were black and burnt. The icing on the cake was that in the end there were 19 of us instead of 20 and at the checkout they gave the bill divided by 20 people and not 19 so it didn't add up and we had to pay an extra fee (after all the inconveniences and delays they might as well not have asked for that extra fee). And luckily there were 19 of us! We were very close together, one on top of the other, elbowing each other, in the middle of everyone's passage, imagine if there were 20 of us).

Ci mancavo da tanti anni ma dato il buon ricordo che avevo ci son tornato con alcuni amici.Antipasti con prodotti locali fantastici e di ottima qualità . Carne davvero ottima così come le verdure alla griglia. Pizza leggera e gustosa.Personale veloce e attento.Che bella la Romagna.

The pizza is delicious, the environment and the service impeccable. The only doubt, which has occurred to me several times when we have come to eat as a group, is the price divisions, they don't know how to give you a list of what you got, they make a flat rate, and in the flat rate you never clearly know what you paid.

If you are looking for a place that combines the art of patience with a particular culinary experience, this pizzeria is ideal. The welcome was in an exclusive style: waiting for almost an hour and a half standing at the entrance allowed us to admire the decor and observe the cheerful confusion of the place.
Once at the table (which made us appreciate a truly "extreme" intimacy with the other diners), we immersed ourselves in the culinary experience. The pizzas arrived after forty minutes, but without forks.
We were not discouraged: eating with our hands added a primitive and fun touch to the evening.
The pizza is thin and tasty: good, although the charred crusts were a little... crunchy. Let's say that we gave the compost a good hand, with quite a bit of waste.
I will talk about this "experience" for years. Highly recommended, but only on weekdays, and especially in the early evening.

Erano tanti anni che non venivo qui a mangiare la pizza.
Devo dire sempre ben farcita e tanti gusti da provare. La pizza è sottile e croccante, e la propongono al metro.
Molto buoni anche i dolci
Prezzi buoni e servizio abbastanza veloce
