The pizza chef and owner, Salvatore... a GREAT man, always with an eye on the customers!!! Truly excellent pizza... locally sourced! What about dessert?? A wonderful deconstructed cannoli... with a delicate ricotta cream... and a millefeuille, also garnished at the table... All accompanied by the notes of a good saxophone and a drop of amaro...
