Cozy place and friendly staff, good pizza and they also make a maxi pizza version, worth trying..

Hidden gem outside the tourist part of Matera. Great pizza, very friendly staff, typical familly owned business place we love to go. They dont speak English but the menu is in English so no problem. Dont expect a francy restaurant but if you want good pizza and nice place to spend the evening this is it. Price of a normal pizza is 9 Euro and 18 for the big one. We also received free desert and a local drink. We will be back on our next Matera trip

A somewhat dated restaurant not far from the historic center of the famous city of Matera. Good pizza with quality ingredients, acceptable service (all disposable equipment used), and the place could use a renovation. Average price for the service offered.

The pizza was excellent, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it's a little uncomfortable, but that's okay.

Everything was beautiful, the staff was super friendly, the pizza was delicious, and there were other delicacies like bresaola with arugula and Parmesan cheese. Highly recommended. The wine was also good. Super affordable! 51 euros for 4 people, including wine and drinks!

Excellent neighborhood pizzeria. A few minutes from the tourist district. But so different from the tourist traps. A joy 😀

Excellent pizza, not heavy at all....I can finish it without it sticking to my stomach, family run, I feel very comfortable, I'm a regular customer, usually once a week but, I would come every day.

A decent but acceptable place, more suitable for young people than families, good pizza, excellent service, the young man who served us was the only bright spot of the evening, reasonable prices.
