02/06/2025: Siamo stati per cena con la famiglia. Abbiamo preso la pizza e degli antipasti... Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, il servizio e l'attenzione è stato molto familiare. A volte non è la location, molte volte sono le persone che fanno la differenza. Se ci ritroveremo qui, sarà una nostra tappa.
29/05/2025: I had dinner at Zelmira, family welcome, I had cavatelli with cicerchia puree, delicious and creamy, an appetizer of octopus tentacles that melted in the mouth, on a very good and delicately flavored zucchini cream soup, (a few more tentacles would have been the (Top), my wife instead opted for spaghetti with yellow dates and pink prawns, a decidedly very successful dish
With a very captivating balance of flavors, (very good chef), bottled red wine from a Montalbano winery, 26.00 euros, very good, lastly, a sliced Angus steak, also very good and seasoned with a lemon oil that enhanced the flavor, making it light and digestible.
The girl who served us, despite being very young, demonstrated competence and excellent knowledge of the dishes, helping us in the choice. Very good.
