I just had dinner there, I really liked how the Chef came and gave introduction about the food. I also liked the hospitality of the 2 ladies there.

Excellent restaurant. Local cuisine, revisited. The lamb is especially recommended. Fantastic desserts, including a very special one: a cold (local) goose liver mousse, perfect! The chef personally explains the various preparations to each table. A very pleasant and pleasant thing.

Incredible raw materials, sublime food, wonderful wine list. The care and attention that the owners (chefs and sommeliers) put into their work is decidedly admirable. A restaurant like this happens to you one time in a hundred.
I absolutely recommend a stop, you won't regret it.

Siamo tornati in questo tempio Slow Food dopo diversi anni ed i nostri ricordi sono stati confermati. Abbiamo optato per il menu a cinque portate (70€, li vale tutti) ed e' stata una sorpresa dopo l'altra.

The food is very delicious from the most delicious restaurants. I have come to it two days in a row. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and comfortable. When serving any dish, the chef comes and explains the ingredients of the dish, the source of the meat, and his idea for cooking the dish. The prices are reasonable and affordable.
The dishes I ordered are shown in the pictures.
Finally, I highly recommend visiting it.

Ristorante che meriterebbe vari altri riconoscimenti oltre quelli che, a buon diritto, ha già! Ogni portata tra quelle che abbiamo scelto era ricca di un sapiente equilibrio armonico di delicati sapori, nulla fuori delle righe, tutto soddisfacente! Dal pane e i grissini fatti in casa; agli strepitosi ravioli ripieni i ortica e ricotta; allo strudel con varietà di mele antiche; agli gnocchetti di semolino con gelato alla cannella, pere al vino rosso e riduzione di succo di sambuco per finire con un caffè che non ha niente da invidiare a quello napoletano! Bravo lo chef e bravi tutti anche per la simpatia e l'accoglienza!

Our third time at Pitzock and once again absolutely splendid. Warm interior to dine in on a rainy fall evening . The food was prepared masterfully with abundant flavour and visual presentation . This restaurant deserves a Michelin star more than most . Highly recommended if you find yourself within a 8-10 hour flight . Hope to be back soon from Canada.

An easy five stars for this restaurant. The interior was warmly lit and welcoming, the menu selection was wide and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent.
We ordered several dishes, most of which were starters that could be upgraded into mains for an additional €3 each. The bread basket was also unique with many bread types and even some dough/bread sticks that came with butter and sauce. Olive oil on the side costs an additional €1.
The dishes were on the less salty side, and instead let the flavours speak for themselves. Each dish tasted clean and thoughtfully put together, and we really appreciated it that the chef came out at one point to explain the risotto dish and how the different ingredients were sourced. A very delightful meal in this quiet town, and we would love to visit again if given the chance to!

Not a single discordant note and the customer is pampered by all the staff... even by the chef himself who gives information on what has been served at the diners' table. Quality and price more than correct. Experience to be repeated.
