Excellent quality of ingredients, refined preparation but without exaggeration, friendly staff. The cook (owner) explains the dishes by telling the origin of the food, almost all of which is local or of nearby origin. The wine list is also excellent. The Val di Funes… paradise on earth!

Excellent restaurant. Local cuisine, revisited. The lamb is especially recommended. Fantastic desserts, including a very special one: a cold (local) goose liver mousse, perfect! The chef personally explains the various preparations to each table. A very pleasant and pleasant thing.

Incredible raw materials, sublime food, wonderful wine list. The care and attention that the owners (chefs and sommeliers) put into their work is decidedly admirable. A restaurant like this happens to you one time in a hundred.

Siamo tornati in questo tempio Slow Food dopo diversi anni ed i nostri ricordi sono stati confermati. Abbiamo optato per il menu a cinque portate (70€, li vale tutti) ed e' stata una sorpresa dopo l'altra.
