We'd seen the word "pitta" in some pizzerias, then by searching on Google we found this place that did just that, and it was great: the girl was welcoming and made two delicious and well-seasoned pittas! I had the topping with Tropea onion, 'nduja, etc., and it blew me away—truly delicious! Absolutely recommended. The only downside is that the place isn't air-conditioned, so eating inside is impossible. The stipulation is that customers are not visible, and you'll be passed over by many tourists who want to try it but are afraid of the result! I repeat, "exquisite pitta," says a Catanese.

27/03/2026: I go there often. Excellent food, well-themed atmosphere, kind, friendly and professional staff.

The staff is very friendly and professional, always attentive to each table, which is served quickly and with great care. The food is excellent in both quality and quantity, very tasty and flavorful. The various sandwiches are large, and the ingredients are more than adequate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a pleasant evening with family or friends, sipping an excellent draft beer and enjoying a delicious burger.

La Casa del Caffè Torrefazione di Quartiere

21/06/2026: I understand "roasting" but that seems a bit exaggerated 😅 especially if children are eating. The flavor of the unburned parts was good, though.
20/06/2026: Excellent pizza with plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere is welcoming, especially the outdoor seating. The only downside is the long wait: almost an hour for four pizzas. Otherwise, it's a good place, with a varied and interesting menu.
