Attesa un po’ lunga ma ne è vale la pena! Personale gentile e mangiare top. Sicuramente ritornerò per provare gli hamburger.

The place is very nice in a pub style, we had booked in the late evening and had to wait a bit.
The menus are online, you can access the site via QR code. I had a sandwich which I found very good, my friends had meat dishes. I also tasted something from them because the portions were generous. The meat was very tasty and very tender. I ate very well. Great place to enjoy meat or sandwiches

At Pith Smokehouse you can find truly excellent quality meat cooked in the best way.
The BBQ meat mix was something spacey and super filling, really tasty.
I will definitely be back to try the other options on the menu. 😁

Excellent smokehouse in the center of Cagliari, excellent quality meat with abundant dishes
Large and very nice environment, precise and kind service despite the rush we were put in at the end of dinner.
We were warned two days before that at 10.30pm we would have to leave the table for a second shift of service (we had booked for 8.30pm), but despite this around 10pm we were invited to leave the table without the possibility of ordering desserts or coffee which we would have liked, a shame.
Convenient online booking also via WhatsApp
Recommended, the only thing to improve is the management of duty shifts especially for the weekend

Very good first experience at this place, for dinner, for a dry-aged meat. Convincing experience.
Second lunch experience, we ordered a burger with chips and a roast mix to share. Good, moist and tasty dishes. Convincing pulled pork. Heavy for sure, but in the end they already are and you can't wait until you leave the place full!!
Third experience a few days ago, at lunch. I'm sorry to say it but this time we found some imperfections, such as the chips being too dark as if they had been fried in used oil and the spicy wings perhaps a little too dry. The meat mix was good, less so than last time, as were the onion rings. Regardless, we left the restaurant quite satisfied.
Too bad that since the same night we have had stomach pain, nausea, in short... something went wrong.
Very nice location, quite friendly staff, perhaps a little too intrusive.
Recommended? Yes, but not of great quality at least for the products we ordered.

Last night I went there for the first time with my friends and we had a really good time. There were 7 of us and they put us at a high table with stools which, in my opinion, were the only flaw because they were too small and therefore a little uncomfortable🥲 Even though we arrived a little early they welcomed us right away. The place is very welcoming and the service is impeccable, the staff is kind and friendly (which should not be underestimated).
The food was delicious, from the sandwiches to the meat, we had a really great meal and we will definitely be back.

Updated review: I wanted to come back a few months ago to eat following the restaurateur's kind response to my first review (in which unfortunately I wasn't very satisfied), going to try what was the new double smash burger implemented in their menu. I'm happy to have changed my mind about many of the aspects I had written about: the burger had an excellent quality/price ratio, both from the ingredients of the sandwich and the cooking of the meat, but also from the size and presentation (with excellent fries included). The service was courteous as always, after this experience I would be happy to eat at this place again.

La carne la mangi un po' ovunque a Cagliari, ma non come in questo luogo ameno.
Avevo prenotato la settimana prima ma era pieno, pur prenotando per tempo. Stavolta sono stato più scaltro, per le 21:00 ed ottimo tavolo.
Dry Age Grill, BBQ, carne che frolla, frolla, frolla, e poi ancora frolla!
Il locale è in stile texano, "americaneggiante", l'atmosfera da gran bancone ligneo-spillatrici di birra-colpo secco "una pinta, per favore!"-affumicatori.
Eh sì! Hanno gli affumicatori, e vetro "buona visione" di tutto quel ben di Dio marezzato e "riposante", pronto ad essere sbranato da fedeli carnivori.
Dal vetro vedi chi prepara e cosa, in una cucina stra-pulita ed ordinata.
Giovani leve... Anche fra i tavoli: Crysdelin, carinissima e puntuale ed Alessandro, amichevole da farti sentire a casa sul divano popcorn, PlayStation e risate. Svelti, accomodanti, capaci, carini...
Le carni sono pregiate.
Hanno una bella selezione di antipasti (di carne in prevalenza, ma anche tortillas e cipolle), voraci panini sempre di carne.
Poi, il loro "core business": lo smoker.
Da lì escono fuori manzo (spicca il pregiatissimo Wagyu) oltre alle varianti di pollo e maiale. È l'affumicatura che da l'unicità ai loro tagli succulenti, che sia un T-Bone piuttosto che una Ribs. A contornare patate, fagioli, puré, e le immancabili patatine fritte, fatte homemade (con un po' di buccia). Meantime la loro birra prevalente.
Non esiste un altro posto per carnivori così!
Note e strofa di un famoso rapper italiano: "Io non assomiglio a nessuno, io non assomigliona nessuno...".
