I can only recommend this place. My wife is Peruvian and I lived there. I can assure you that, as a French chef, it was a huge surprise to discover the quality of the Peruvian dishes on offer. Ultra faithful to what you can find in Peru, we spent a week going there every day because we were so impressed (even though we were originally on vacation in Italy, I should add 😅). Each dish is made with love, hearty, generous, and flavorful! Everything I love about cooking! Bravo to the chefs behind the stove, you do a magnificent job, as a colleague told you. Sebastian, the waiter, is very professional and very friendly. I wish him all the best for his future career, and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Rome.
