I have been there several times, my wife and I are really obsessed with that mountain hut, I think it is one of the most beautiful ever, for me the food is delicious, the owners are delicious

Superb walk to get there. A real mountain hut like those of the past, possibility of going down with the sled that can be rented on site or going down on foot doing a circular tour.

Partendo dal parcheggio di Rio Bianco in circa un'ora e trenta minuti, con un dislivello di circa 400 metri si arriva alla Pircheralm. Vista la bella giornata di sole, anche se fredda, ci siamo accomodati fuori godendo il bellissimo paesaggio che spazia da lassù. Accoglienti e veloci, ci hanno deliziato con tre piatti tipici della cucina Altoatesina. Prezzi giusti e porzioni abbondanti. Consiglio vivamente.

A very beautiful alpine pasture, both summer and winter. Delicious food at reasonable prices. We'd love to come back.

11/08/2025: This was my second visit since 2018. As always, the accommodations were fantastic. The room condition, breakfast, and all other services were excellent. It's the perfect location for hiking the Sasolungo and Sella Towers. I'll be back again next year.
02/08/2025: It's a good location for going to Sasolong. The view is nice. There's a small swimming pool about 10m long and a sauna. Meals were included, but they weren't anything special.

03/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the somewhat alternative charm of the space. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious – they also offer vegan dishes.
03/09/2025: A cozy little spot where Bolzano locals gather in the late afternoon to enjoy a few beers. After 7 p.m., the kitchen opens and serves a small but completely homemade selection of special Italian dishes. The chef, who’s also the owner, kindly took the time to walk us through the menu and helped us make the right choice. It’s the perfect place to taste local flavors in a friendly bar atmosphere, or simply sip a drink and hang out with friends. If we come back to Bolzano, we had definitely love to visit again.
