Piper In

It's difficult to summarize my wife and I's experience at Piper, because it's actually many experiences at once. Let's break it down: 1. The establishment is small, elegant, and well-equipped, with extremely comfortable loungers and sumptuous front-row loungers. Prices are in line with the Italian average. 2. The restaurant at lunchtime is excellent. The highest-quality ingredients, expertly prepared, and the prices are fair for the quality. 3. The restaurant only serves sushi in the evening. And what sushi! What Andrea and Elisa create with their hands is exceptional. Delicate flavors that don't overlap but instead express themselves in the mouth, with sometimes daring but always perfect combinations. The atmosphere is romantic. The price is fair. 4. The staff: Gabriele, the excellent maître d', Carola, very kind and professional, the girl at the tables (sorry, I don't remember her name) sweet and kind, the guys at the bar... the cocktails are excellent. 5. The wine list is good, it's just a shame that you can't pair sushi with sake in the evening ;) 6. And finally... the sunset is wonderful Now I've said it all.

A beach resort with plenty of amenities and lovely people! Plus, a breathtaking view with spectacular sunsets...highly recommended!

The Piper - Torre Di Mezzo is located in Punta Secca, Sicily, and once you arrive, you never want to leave. The sunset slowly descends on the sea, and every evening seems different. The young people who work there move together, smiling, as if caring for others were their greatest joy. Andrea and Elisa prepare sushi, often using secret ingredients, flavors that appear suddenly, like little surprises dropped in. Each dish is prepared with unprecedented care, with love. Gabriele stands in the dining room, friendly, unhurried, as if time didn't matter there. The music is never predictable, it creates a kind of suspension. At sunset, candles are lit, and everything becomes even more suspended. With the music in the distance, it feels like being inside a Turner or Monet painting. The first star you see is Venus, then the others appear, then the moon rises from the street. Before leaving, they gave me their T-shirt with a little crab design on it. I take it to the city, hoping to return soon. I recommend spending the whole day at Piper, taking a front-row lounger. The sea is gorgeous. Everything at lunch is delicious, too! Try the oysters, too!

Beautiful location, maximum relaxation, super professional staff, Sushi is with a capital S because it is rare to eat such high quality.

With a youthful and pleasant atmosphere, the beach restaurant offers a variety of inviting options. Special mention goes to Benny (Benedetta), a member of the staff who was very empathetic and courteous with our requests.

Fantastic day in an amazing place... The food is excellent and then the sunset with aperitif is priceless in this immense place.

I was there today! The beach club was well-organized, and the food was fantastic for lunch, and the dishes were well-served. Everyone was friendly! The sunbeds were top-notch, comfortable, and had mattresses. The only inconvenience was the flies, which made it hard to rest! The free beaches on the sides were so noisy! Let's just say it's not a place for relaxing, but for those who like a bit of noise, it's ideal. One thing that bothered me was that if you buy a liter of water at lunch at the restaurant, even San Pellegrino, you pay two euros. If you buy a half-liter bottle during the day, you also pay two euros... Not very commercial... then if you want to stay past 5 pm, you have to pay an additional €20 per spot... absurd!
