Piper In

It is possible to park a camper by following the signs for "Parcheggio Torre di Mezzo Piper". During the week there is no charge, Saturday and Sunday €5.00 Located very close to the beach. The Piper, a lido on the beach, offers the possibility of having lunch and dinner.... Having an umbrella and sunbeds.... And then in the afternoon lots of music!!

The place is very beautiful, directly on the beach, with spectacular evening sunsets. This year you won't "enter" (it's all outdoors) without a shirt or barefoot...a bit strange given the location. Although we still had gin and tonics, we asked for some appetizers to accompany...which were not provided. We also bought some packets of crisps. In the end one of the employees brought (completely exceptionally according to him) 3 small bowls with croutons and snacks. Apart from a few, the attitude of the staff is superficial towards the customer. Too bad... last year I was a regular customer... this year I reduced my stop in the place to just 1 time

Unico locale presente sulla spiaggia di torre di mezzo a punta secca. Molto buone sono le proposte in menu: insalatone, primi, secondi, dolci tutto di buona qualità. Consigliato anche a colazione per un ottima granita con brioche. Personale gentile e cortese e prezzi giusti per la qualità.

Piper Bathing Establishment ist ein typisches Strandlokal mit ntsprechender Atmosphäre, schön gelegen an einem Sandstrand. Man muss vorher allerdings durch Tomaten- und Auberginenplantagen fahren, dadurch darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Wichtig ist, dass Chef Angelo di Stefano in der Küche steht. Er servierte uns ein fantastisches Crudo und eine hervorragende Pasta mit Hummer. Dazu bekamen einen wirklich harmonierenden Wein angeboten. Alle im Service sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Tipp: Wenn man reserviert unbedingt fragen, ob Angelo da ist!
