Superlative resale of pinsa bases produced by leading industries in the sector (leader in terms of volumes), this business also works very well as a place for on-site consumption of the aforementioned base, filled with traditional Italian ingredients (so-called "restaurant"). The objectively kind manager is the Edoardo Bennato of the pinsa - he plays the guitar, the accordion, sings and taps his foot in time. If you like Ribolla Gialla, they also have a great Ribolla Gialla type wine list. It was nice meeting you.

I stumbled upon it by chance during a business trip. The pinsa alla gricia was divine. The fried foods were no different. Informal atmosphere, fast service.

I almost never leave reviews, but this time I couldn't help but do so. Truly exceptional place, discovered for a birthday party of one of my son's classmates. We stopped at a separate table. I think I have rarely eaten better than that day. Excellent pinsa, really tasty fries. Three of us took 3 different flavors of pinsa... we still have to figure out which one was the best. Very kind and courteous service. Truly congratulations. You absolutely must stop by this place and taste its dishes!

pinsa molto buona e croccante ampia scelta di gusti il supplì è buonissimo servizio veloce in un ambiente piccolino ma accogliente e con arredamento gradevole

29/03/2025: We had an amazing evening in this restaurant! The owners are very welcoming and friendly, the food is excellent and the prices are very affordable! Would recommend anyone to try is restaurant, you will for sure have a great time. We even got invited to join a birthday celebration and sang karaoke!:)
