This restaurant specializes in pinza, an alternative to pizza. This popular dish in Lazio has been gaining popularity in the rest of Italy for a few years now. Prices are average, the place has plenty of space, and street parking is easy. The atmosphere is warm and well-furnished, with tables and chairs that are incredibly heavy but of excellent quality. Service is fairly quick, but not exceptionally fast; like everywhere else, they bring your beer first while you wait for the pinsa to be made. The food is adequate and traditional, with a wide selection of pinsas; you can get a pinsa with a beer and dessert for around €25. The restaurant offers bottled beers from the à la carte menu, and the desserts are standard fare, nothing special. The staff is friendly, the only downside is that they don't like splitting orders. At least in my experience, I had to pay a single bill and have everyone split the cost later. It may seem like a small thing, but not everyone spends the same amount at a pizzeria/Pinseria, and not everyone enjoys picking up the tab for those who ate and spent more. In any case, the receipt shows how everyone's bill should be split. A positive experience, nothing exciting, but nothing negative either.

Siamo stati a cena in un gruppo di amici. Personale di sala molto gentile e simpatico, pinsa e dolci buoni. Prezzo corretto. Nota molto triste, arriviamo alla cassa per pagare. Il signore, immagino sia il proprietario, fa il conto e lo divide per il numero di ospiti. Il prezzo a testa era di 26.70€ e lui, pensando forse di essere pure simpatico decide di arrotondare a 27€ a testa. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Veramente una cosa di poco gusto. Peccato perché saremmo tornati volentieri ma dopo questa Poverata non penso di tornarci.
