I've been frequenting this pinseria for some time now and every time it's a confirmation! The pinsa is simply exceptional: the light dough, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with perfect leavening that makes it very digestible. The ingredients are always fresh and of high quality, from the classic to the most creative, there really is something for all tastes! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect both for a dinner with friends and for a quieter evening. After trying several pin series, I can say with certainty that this remains my favorite. Highly recommended.

Pinseria Gabarda offers a notable variety of pinsas and, unbelievably, even 3 types of vegan pinsas: luckily every now and then you find restaurateurs worthy of this denomination, who know how to keep up with the times and with new food choices. The dough is very good, as are the ingredients accompanying the pinse which are tasty and harmonious. The place is beautiful, well-kept, elegant. A peculiarity: to reach the toilet you must use the lift. The service is good but there could be a little more sociability with customers at the tables. Recommended place.

Ogni sabato sera vado con mio nonno a prendere la pizza da asporto io prendo sempre o la regina o la diavola tutte e due molto consigliate soprattutto per l’ultima a chi piace il piccante, locale molto carino e profumato e spazioso con anche il “fuori” è perfetto per una cena con amici con la famiglia con parenti perché il locale è molto accogliente quindi riassumendo pizza incredibile il locale molto spazioso fortemente consigliato” anche l’asporto”.

Found by chance one evening on the way back from Genoa, very good pinsa for 10.
