The pinsa is simply the best we've ever tasted: an extraordinary dough, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly flavorful, and incredibly easy to digest. High-quality food, unique and well-matched, innovative ingredients. Even the sweet pinsas are sublime. Excellent value. We invite you to try the pear, honey, and capocollo...and the dessert with cream and seasonal fruit. The service is very kind and efficient.
