Very good pizza dough, crunchy and crumbly. Refined tastes.

A place for those who appreciate "chiccherie". Too much smell under my nose for my tastes, always very personal obviously. Food ok, they don't serve coke by choice, nor fries, only the ones made by them.. I think it should be the customer who chooses, anyway ok. Excellent service, everyone was friendly and the place was nice.

I love pizza, I would eat it any way. The way it is made in this place is special and for those who love quality food this is the right place.

No Capricciosa, no 007 but the best of the best for the very particular pizzas on the menu. Seasoned very well with excellent products and already cut and portioned. Prices above the norm but justified for what you eat: a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Tidy and polite staff. We will certainly return.

Se avete voglia della solita Capricciosa o 007, non andate da Pinsere. Qui è tutto un'altro mondo, altri sapori e una meraviglia per gli occhi ed il palato. Menù "breve", poche pizze ma come è giusto che sia secondo me, trattandosi di pizze gourmet. Un accostamento di sapori e colori veramente eccezionale. Le pizze arrivano già tagliate in sei fette, ma ogni fetta è condita prima di essere servita. Carino il Locale e personale molto in ordine, cortese e gentile. I prezzi, chiaramente, lievitano un pò ma credetemi, ne vale la pena e certamente ci ritornerò.-

We went here for dinner and had a great meal. We did the pizza tasting and the combinations were truly exquisite. Furthermore, I am vegan and they welcomed me very well, with lots of proposals and even offering me dessert! We really recommend it!

Ci sono stato e ci sono anche tornato: tutto bene, personale gentile, birre artigianali molto buone e pizze o pinse buonissime. Chiamarle pizze è riduttivo! In 4, ogni volta, abbiamo assaggiato 4 pizze/pinse diverse, il personale ci ha sempre assecondato. Dopo la mia esperienza col la famiglia abbiamo fatto la nostra personale classifica: 1 pizza tartare di mare, 2 pinsa vegetarian style, 3 pizza pere, miele e tartufo e 4 la nostra margherita. Circa la birra tra le due prese abbiamo preferito la Paul Bricius artigianale di Modica. Perché nn ho dato il massimo punteggio? Nn l'ho mai dato, si può sempre migliorare qualcosa!
