Pinsé sicilian street food In Caltagirone

Great welcome! Very kind and welcoming staff, excellent food. The swordfish arancini, the pinza with gorgonzola, and the panelle are all superb! I highly recommend it; if you ever go to Caltagirone, it's right next to the steps. Thank you, you were excellent in everything.

The welcome was excellent; even our Cane Corso appreciated the large bowl of water and the biscuits. The fried zucchini flowers and marinara were excellent, as were the chard and onion arancini and the swordfish arancini. Finally, the "Treasures of Sicily" pinsa was also amazing.

Some friends and I spent a pleasant day in Caltagirone, a beautiful Sicilian town. Equally enjoyable was lunch at this delightful restaurant, run by a group of young people who, in addition to serving excellent, varied and interesting food, create a wonderful atmosphere that makes you say, "I'd love to return again very soon!" During our stay in Sicily, this was the last place where we had the chance to eat, and it quickly became one of our favorites. My girlfriend and I visited twice — the first time around 9 PM. The atmosphere was really cozy, with warm little lights on each table, great music, and incredibly kind staff who welcomed us and patiently answered all our questions. The food was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were just as amazing. The next day we came back around 1 PM. The place was full, but the team was so friendly — they offered us a seat while we waited, and within five minutes they had arranged a table for us. It’s a young, passionate team who clearly love what they do, and it truly shows. The reviews speak for themselves. They also have a digital menu available in several languages, which is a really thoughtful touch. Keep up the great work, and thank you for everything!

I visited for lunch during a business trip by chance, drawn in by the reviews and descriptions. I can say without a doubt that I was thrilled. The menu features pinsa and fried foods with well-thought-out toppings, very successful, unconventional, and very appealing. Everything is very well presented and described. The quality is evident, as is the commitment of the management. The service is excellent, friendly, and fast. I appreciated the combination of traditional, local flavors and modern interpretations. Nothing forced or distorted. The presence of at least two non-industrial local beers was also a plus. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place deserves it. It's nice to see a business in Sicily run by young people with enthusiasm and commitment. Finally, the establishment isn't huge, but it's pleasant, with a covered outdoor patio, and is centrally located in Caltagirone.
