High quality products, the pinsa is well filled with ingredients and the dough is not heavy at all. The dessert they produce is very good. Very polite staff. I will definitely be back!

Excellent Pinseria! The pinsas are all very varied and beautiful to look at... As well as excellent!!! Cutting boards and desserts are no exception! Choice of beers for every taste to match the pinsa you want! All very special and very good!!!

20/05/2025: Il locale ci è stato consigliato da amici e dobbiamo confermare che avevano ragione! Ottima accoglienza, servizio espresso, piatti della tradizione livornese dal sapore unico , eccezionali! Il miglior cacciucco mai mangiato in vita nostra! Ottima la frittura , i dolci , i vini insomma da tornarci sicuramente!! Comodamente raggiungibile dal porto (varco fortezza) dove avevamo parcheggiato e fatto due passi per la città. Grazie a tutto lo staff! Alla prossima
