The location is a bit chaotic due to the busy road. Parking is difficult to find. The place is very well-kept and spotlessly clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. I tried the gelato served in a medium-sized bowl. They offer two flavors, but the portions are a bit limited. The cups actually had holes in them. However, the products are high-quality. I'll definitely return here again and again.

I am from Canada, my car was towed and the entire staff helped me get it back for two hours. They offered me free coffee and pastries and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I owe them more than one review. The food was great and the coffee was amazing. I would highly recommend everyone to come visit.

Sono rimasta un po' interdetta leggendo questa sfilza di recensioni negative, non me l aspettavo minimamente. Ci siamo stati 3 volte in questa pasticceria, ho assaggiato la monoporzione di torta Sacher una volta e le altre 2 volte abbiamo preso il gelato veramente spettacolare. Soprattutto cioccolato e gusto Sacher. Una volta il mio compagno ha preso una zeppola e non sembrava granché. Il personale è vero, non è il massimo della gentilezza però quelle 2 cose che abbiamo preso erano veramente buonissime. La prima volta che ci siamo stati abbiamo preso il caffè al banco e poi abbiamo chiesto se potevamo accomodarci fuori e in maniera un po' forzata ci è stato detto di si facendo però un po' di storie e di sguardi tra loro, non abbiamo mai capito il motivo però. Comunque il gelato e la Sacher li trovo ottimi, torneremo anche solo per quelli.
