My partner and I travelled to Frascati this year (October 2025) and I had fond memories of this place from my previous trip here with my parents over 15 years ago. We made the mistake of coming here in the first night while staying at the B&B round the corner, and unfortunately nothing quiet matched up to it for the rest of the trip. If you have the opportunity to try the wonderful Bruschetta, the Truffle carbonara (which is a Lazio classic), and any of the pizzas you will not be disappointed. We are having it again tonight before we fly home and I am definitely having the carbonara! They also do local wine served by the jug, by the litre!
We will be back here again!

If you're in the Frascati area and want a real pizza, go here.
The strong point, besides the excellent pizza, is the atmosphere. The service is superb; everyone is friendly and fast. You never have to wait too long, and the staff is always smiling.
Finally, the owner is the real deal. He's extremely down-to-earth and friendly; you can tell he cares. He walks from table to table, jokes, and is always available. A "boss" like that makes all the difference.
Highly recommended place for a carefree evening and a top-notch pizza. I'll definitely be back!

The restaurant offers a priceless welcome and courtesy, offering a rich menu featuring truffle carbonara, pinocchietti pasta, and a truly delicious spicy pizza. All this, nestled in the historic center of Frascati, is truly magical!

The pizzas were delicious: huge, flavorful, and refined.
I didn't like the arrosticini, however, as they were peppery.
Paid parking only (blue lines) in St. Peter's Square or in the surrounding streets. Tables are available both inside and outside.

I gave it 5 stars because it's a historic restaurant in Frascati, and both the owners and staff are very nice.
However, the wait is ridiculous if you go on weekends or holidays!
I recommend sitting outside or in the indoor dining room, which is nicer than the upstairs dining room.
You can choose between two types of pizza: classic or pinza.

Eccezzzzzionale con 5 zeta. Pulito, fresco, ordinato. Marco è un'oste d'altri tempi, un professionista che sa fare molto bene il suo mestiere. I pinocchietti, la pizzetta ultra sottile, la matriciana, la carne del papa e il tagliere misto, sono piatti superiori; mangiare all'interno quando piove è avvolgente, mentre all'esterno, specie nelle serate tiepide è un'esperienza sublime. Imbarazzante il conto ... che ti invita a tornare.
