Arriving from the airport this local experience put me in the mood. The dishes are plentiful and the meat is excellent. The boss is very warm as are the customers.

Despite the simplicity of the recipes, the flavors are exceptional. The restaurant's great service, coupled with the fact that it is always full and favored by locals during their lunch breaks, is a testament to its excellence. Sometimes, having a limited menu is better, as it allows the focus to be on creating delightful dishes rather than offering numerous average options. Whenever I'm in town, I always make it a point to stop by this trattoria, as it also serves some mouthwatering Sardinian delicacies that I devour in a matter of seconds.
