Historic shop in Castelbuono that produces simple and delicious biscuits. One leads to another. My favorites: riccioli, excellent for dipping, and cannellini beans, also valid as an end to a meal with coffee

14/02/2025: I am writing on behalf of an entire group on a trip that dined at Trattoria del Massimo for four days. We had a great time: the food was good quality and we also tasted some typical dishes; the attention to the customer was high. The owner and the waiters were very kind.
11/02/2025: Family atmosphere, fast and professional table service, tasty dishes of excellent quality and freshness. Proactive and helpful waiters.
