We were just looking for a light meal and happened to stumble upon this place on the edge of Bolzano's old town. The menu definitely focuses on pasta. You can find it in all sorts of variations, from simple to cheese-filled or vegan. The buns seem to be homemade, and everything else was fresh and really delicious. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Our only complaint is the noise level in the restaurant. It was quite loud.

Well, it's always a guarantee. Their burgers are excellent, the service is friendly. The place is a bit small in the winter, but in the spring and summer there's a great outdoor space. The only downside... it closes early!

I went to Pims with friends last night. The place seats about 30 indoors and 30 outdoors in a lovely tree-lined square. When we arrived, it was packed, but since we had reservations, they seated us right away. The owner and waitress were very attentive (as soon as the next table became available, they politely moved us over). My friends had the meat burgers, and I chose the vegan version (there are five options). Everything was good, with a choice of six sides and various sauces. A positive experience. Reservations are recommended!

Biker's Bar

10/12/2025: Perfect for anyone who wants to unwind after a day at work. The bar is informal, has excellent food at reasonable prices, great music, excellent everything, and above all, it stays open late. It's so impossible to find a place open in the evening in Bolzano. I finish work at 10:00 PM and half the city is already dead. This bar is truly a blessing.
