We ate at Pims for the second time during our annual holiday. Finally a restaurant where the entire menu is also gluten-free! So our son can just eat with us, without missing out and having to choose something he doesn't want to eat. Top! Highly recommended for anyone who can eat anything or has special dietary requirements.

Food is good, service is friendly. Normally I don't have anything to complain about, but today it was chaos. You have to accept the noise inside.

We stopped by spontaneously on a Thursday evening while passing through Bolzano. We were convinced by the good reviews on the internet - and we were absolutely not disappointed! There was a lot going on in the restaurant, so we sat down at a table inside. The service took a while (understandable because there were a lot of guests), but we were treated very friendly. There also seems to be good cooperation in the team. The food was simply delicious! We have rarely eaten such good, fresh and high-quality burgers. We chose the option to put together our own burgers. We also enjoyed the side dishes and sauces. The drinks, including the homemade lemonade and non-alcoholic cocktails, were also great. The price-performance ratio is definitely great, especially because these are regional products. Great concept!!

The restaurant is very nice, the food is very good, too bad it takes a long time to arrive. Very good quality-price ratio. I heartily recommend Burger Luis.
