We had two pinsa, one white and one with prosciutto and mascarpone. Both were delicious. We ordered takeout for 8:15 PM and they split the second course. Punctual, courteous, and above all, delicious.

We often return to this place, the pinsas are delicious and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. For me, it's a five-star place. Well done guys.

The best Pinsa I've ever eaten! One evening, almost by chance, while wandering around, we decided to stop at Pilato's, and it was a pleasant surprise! Kudos to the dough, which I think is exceptional, as is the rich, high-quality filling! Kudos to Valeria, the dining room and garden manager, who knows how to entertain customers and is always so friendly and helpful with any questions. We'll definitely be back!
