Nice place without too many intimate pretensions and despite being located near a very busy road it is well isolated from traffic. Very good and digestible pinsa type pizza, good draft beer too. The staff are very kind. Average prices.

My experience with Pinseria Pilato was quite short like the Easter holidays in Lucca, unfortunately!! On the advice of our friends from Lucca, we ordered takeaway and I can say, in my opinion, that they were excellent, cooked very well and tasty seasoned!! There will certainly be another opportunity to return to Lucca and consume the delicious Pinsa on site!!

The Pinsa is excellent and the beers are equally excellent. Fairly fast service with the few tables occupied, I couldn't say the same thing if there were more diners, considering the presence of only one "very nice" waitress. Atmosphere, nothing exceptional but then come to eat, not to watch. I recommend it
