I went to help my uncle set up the karaoke equipment at this osteria, and I must say that the pizza they kindly offered us exceeded all expectations. The mozzarella was fresh and flavorful, unlike the typical industrial products often found elsewhere, and the tomato sauce had an authentic and balanced flavor. We happened upon Cisternino by chance and, seeing the place from the main road, walked in. We ordered the platter of typical products, which we highly recommend, as well as the famous Apulian bombette with baked potatoes. Everything was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Characteristic dishes of the cuisine, so-called popular, parmigiana, lasagna and all-you-can-eat meat, turcinieddi, sausage of all types, various bombette, sliced ​​scottona, whole baked potatoes opened and seasoned with oil, salt and pepper.
