We celebrated a birthday, the environment is very refined and manages to create a perfect atmosphere for any type of event. An exceptional culinary experience, exquisite, refined cuisine with impeccable service and excellently crafted dishes. I will definitely be back.

My experience at the Forassiepi restaurant was absolutely positive! I went to dinner with a friend and, as soon as we arrived, we were struck by the lively atmosphere of the place. It was quite busy which is always a good sign of the quality of the place.
The staff were very welcoming and attentive, despite the crowds. We were lucky enough to enjoy delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure for the palate!
I highly recommend visiting Forassiepi, not only for the goodness of the food, but also for the convivial atmosphere. I will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends. An experience not to be missed!

Una cena domenicale con tutta la famiglia per una ricorrenza importante è stato un pieno successo. Un menù stagionale molto interessante, da segnalare le Animelle fritte,
i ravioli di castagna, il risotto al piccione e la tartare di fassona tutto squisito e presentato in modo eccelso.
La sommelier è stata attenta ed ha aiutato per gli abbinamenti.
Il servizio è stato piacevole, presente ma non invadente.
Un ristorante di alta qualità a Montecarlo dove torneremo sicuramente presto.

Ristorante di un'altra categoria.Location fantastica sia all'esterno con giardino panoramico, sia all'interno con un'ampia sala elegantemente arredata. La cucina che propone e' sobriamente ricercata, senza forzature da copertina. Sostanza, qualita', eccellenza , questi sono gli aggettivi con cui etichetterei lo stile di questa cucina. Abbiamo goduto del menu' degustazione di mare ,che dalle entre' al dolce e' stato un crescendo superlativo. Nessuna sbavatura , dalla cottura della pasta perfetta alla giusta sapidita' dei piatti agli abbinamenti dei vini ,sapientemente curati dalla sommelier. Prezzo finale senza sorprese ,chiaramente non esiguo, ma correttamente esposto sul sito del ristorante.
