I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recebt visit to your restaurant last Wednesday.
Overall, the atmosphere was pleasent, thought it was quite crowed.
I particulary enjoyed the pasta wirh seafood and porcino mushrooms; it was truly delicious ans a highlight of the meal. However, I found the beef with potetos to be somewhat unispired and not par with the pasta.
Additionally, the dessert did not meet the expectstions set by a restaurant of your reputation.
In my opinion, there are areas for improvement to elevate the overall dining experience

Very, very pleasant atmosphere. We dined outdoors with a stunning view.
The seafood dishes were excellent.
The service was prompt and attentive.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful building with a stunning view; the welcome was warm and discreet; the service was excellent and impeccable; the food was plentiful and of excellent, high-quality: Mediterranean cuisine was beautifully represented, with great care and attention to detail in every dish and every ingredient. The vast and fine wine selection was also excellent.
The kitchen also impeccably accommodated my shellfish intolerance, offering tasty alternatives while always being mindful of cross-contamination.
A fantastic experience that I will definitely repeat.

We went to Forassiepi on Sunday evening and everything was impeccable. The service was welcoming and attentive, yet never intrusive. The menu offers an interesting selection, and the dishes we tried were truly excellent:
Seafood tasting menu, fresh ingredients, meticulous presentation, and balanced flavors. Excellent wine list. Breathtaking views.

A romantic and comfortable setting with a spectacular view, welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable staff, and unique dishes perfect for those who love discovering new flavors. It's truly worth it for a relaxing and unwinding experience.
Special praise goes to Chef Antonio, who welcomed us upon arrival and said goodbye at the end of the dinner, ensuring our satisfaction.

In my opinion, this is the TOP restaurant in the entire Valdinievole area... from the location to the service, not to mention the cuisine. Want to make a good impression without spending a fortune? Forassiepi, without a doubt.

Molte recensioni evidenziano in modo ricco ed articolato il livello di eccellenza del ristorante. Come di consueto, molte altre saranno utili per riflettere costantemente le esperienze dei clienti sulla qualità dei piatti e sull'intero staff. Invece di aggiungerne un'altra per contribuire ad illuminare le cinque stelle, desidero invece trasmettere qualcosa che, personalmente, trovo sempre emozionante quando incontro persone che amano il loro lavoro. Antonio Pirozzi, la guida di Forassiepi, penso sia uno di quelle. Uno a cui si addice la massima Zen: "Teachers in the art of life make little distinction between job and free time."
