Wonderful place and fantastic atmosphere

Take a trip to Mexico in Bologna: excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. The drinks are great, plentiful dishes.

In the historic center of Bologna, a spacious restaurant with a very high and airy ceiling managed by kind and welcoming people where you can enjoy very tasty special dishes made with care at a truly economical price.

The restaurant has a simple cuisine with a lot of choice. They have a lot of seats and this can cause delays: we had to wait an hour just for the appetizers. The staff was very in a hurry so there were some shortcomings there too. The highlight is definitely the Mexican sangria that you can also order in 1 or 2 liter jugs.

Good food, nice atmosphere, very good drinks, normal prices

A very welcoming place, embellished with traditional Mexican elements that create a familiar and pleasant atmosphere. The drink I recommend most is the strawberry frozen margarita, excellent. We have been several times, including on New Year's Eve, on that occasion they organized an event with very festive songs and dances. It's one of my favorite places

Good food and courteous staff. Fast service even on a Saturday night and a typical atmosphere. Many types of super good Mexican cocktails that can also be ordered by the carafe if you dine on site.

Ate well but very expensive and chaotic

We went to this restaurant for a birthday, the food is good but the rude service without ever a smile (with the exception of a young waiter) unfortunately ruined the evening. The waitress who took the order started a discussion because we had ordered more dishes than we had, since some wanted to try more things by sharing them. Even though we tried to explain it to him several times, in an uncourteous manner he slammed the order palmtop on the table saying "then you do it, if you take too many things then I have to pay for them" (it has never been heard that if the customer orders too much then he pays the waiter). Beyond that, the margarita pitchers aren't worth the price, as they aren't alcoholic at all. At the time of the bill, which was quite high due to the drinking, it was divided by 18 instead of 17. I paid the additional fee, from which however the cover charge was not deducted, paid for a person who was not there. Furthermore, it seems absurd to me that the owner made us pay €44 and 14 CENTS each, without rounding up. I would have preferred to pay €45. Terrible. In a restaurant, no matter how good the food is and how nice the atmosphere, service is a fundamental factor and personally I don't go back where the staff isn't courteous.
