Finding a good place to dine while wandering the Piacenza hills isn't difficult, but it's always a pleasure, especially on an August evening when finding an open restaurant can be more difficult. A delicious appetizer and buckwheat tagliolini with mushrooms, paired with a nice glass of chilled Lambrusco, brightened up the evening. A more than reasonable price and prompt service complete the pleasant experience.

Ci siamo fermati a Farini per il fine settimana. Abbiamo cenato al "Piccolo ristorante" la prima sera ed abbiamo immediatamente prenotato per la sera successiva. Ottimi piatti preparati con ottimi prodotti locali. Il locale è "semplice", così come la presentazione dei piatti, la vera differenza la fa la cucina!!!

12/10/2025: I went to this place for lunch yesterday with a couple of friends. All three of us had a great time: the food was good, the portions generous, the prices fair, and the owners were kind and helpful. I highly recommend eating here.

03/12/2025: We had a truly wonderful time, especially thanks to Nello, a waiter who knows how to transform a simple dinner into a special experience. With his charm, his ever-present witticisms, and his genuine kindness, he made us feel right at home. Sweet, attentive, and exceptionally kind, Nello manages to create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you in a good mood. The service was impeccable, yet human, spontaneous, and warm. My compliments: people like him make all the difference. We'll definitely be back, thanks to him!
02/12/2025: Everything was delicious, the owner was very friendly, and the staff were all very kind. The mixed fried fish and grilled fish were excellent. A trusted name in Piacenza for years. The owner was always friendly, as were the waiters.
