I'm giving it 4 stars only because the price was a bit high for the amount of food we ate. But the food and service were excellent.

Really good...in Campi Salentina, a small restaurant (about twenty seats) that offers cuisine anchored in tradition but revisited in a modern and refined way. 5-course menu €35, everything delicious (we had truffle egg and parmesan fondue, artichoke with Jerusalem artichoke sauce and cocoa powder, pumpkin risotto with prawns and licorice powder, cheek with primitivo on mashed potatoes and a dessert cream tart with berries, where the base was a biscuit made by the exquisite chef). I recommend it and will definitely be back.

Beautifully presented and delicious, delicate food. Bit on the pricier side compared to other places in the area but totally worth it. Great service as well, our waitress was so sweet! Definitely recommend!

Chef Paolo Metrangolo is brilliant, the menu is meticulously curated, and the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Excellent wine list. Delicious desserts. Impeccable welcome from the charming and kind owner. Every time I can, I treat myself to dining here or inviting my closest friends. They've always been perfect evenings!

The most important thing to consider, as usual, is money. As soon as you open the menu, you immediately notice that the prices are above average for a small town. BUT, I assure you, such sophisticated culinary technique is rarely found in these godforsaken places. This place IS A GEM in the desert, from the appetizers to the wine selection. I sincerely hope they manage to find a location worthy of the quality of their dishes in the future. My sincere congratulations, see you soon.
