A top-notch restaurant. Nothing more to say. A sensational culinary experience. We haven't been there in a while, but we leave wanting to return as soon as possible!

Excellent culinary experience...for a few close friends!

I think it's difficult to adequately evaluate our experience last night. The cuisine at this small restaurant in Campi Salentina is nothing short of exceptional. We chose the five-course tasting menu, and every dish was a delight. From the gratinated mussels on a bed of pecorino cream, flavored with fresh mint, to the asparagus flan, the chef-made tagliatelle with raw shrimp, the cod on a white garlic cream, and finally the mandarin sorbet—every dish was marvelous, both in its presentation and in the authentic flavor that permeated it. I never write reviews because I always tell myself it's not worth it, but chef Paolo Metrangolo truly gave us an experience yesterday that I can't let go unnoticed. Thank you, chef, and thank you also to the lovely young woman who pampered us during dinner and who also ensured perfect service. Thank you, Ada and Alessio.

An absolute gem. We had one of the best meals we’ve ever had in this little restaurant tucked away in the quiet town of Campi Salentina. It was so good that we came back the next night, and it was equally outstanding. The food, so skillfully prepared, so delicious, reminding me of great restaurants we’ve been to in Modena or Alba. Chef Paolo and our server were incredibly lovely people. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Whenever I'm in the area, I love stopping at this little restaurant, where the atmosphere is always relaxing and, most importantly, the food is delicious. Here you can find reinterpreted traditional Salento dishes, such as the use of frisa in an excellent appetizer paired with avocado and shrimp, or even frisa used in tiramisu. The mussels au gratin on a pecorino cream sauce are amazing. This time I tried the tagliatelle cacio e pepe with shrimp and the spaghettone with anchovies. Everything was truly delicious! It's always a pleasant experience.
