29/12/2025: A wonderful lunch with our grandchildren, five of us: everything was truly delicious, from the warm bruschetta with lard, to the pappardelle with wild boar, to the patacche with scottona sauce, a delicious shank of beef, and not to mention the roast lamb. Everything was excellent, from the service to the family atmosphere. Unusually, at the entrance, there's a refrigerator with excellent meats: scottona, Fiorentina, and Tomahawk. The wine list is good, with a good selection and good value; the Cesanese Hernicus is a must-try! Last but not least, the restrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked.
If we go to the restaurant, we know we can't go wrong here!!! Well done!!
29/12/2025: It's the first time I've ever visited this restaurant with my parents. What a marvel to find such a warm welcome, but above all, such exquisite goodness. What can I say about such exquisite, flavorful, and tender lamb? Even now, my taste buds are still enchanted by its deliciousness! Not to mention the excellent arrosticini, delicious and plentiful (a full 10 per portion). In a beautiful open-view refrigerator, beautiful, well-aged meats (steaks that are every bit as good as the renowned Florentine steaks, tagliata, and ribs). The wine selection was good, from Brunello to the excellent Cesanese from Cantina Terenzi, which paired well with the excellent gnocchi with wild boar sauce and a pasta dish like patacche with Scottona sauce, which was exceptional, soft and creamy.
It was a very positive experience, both in terms of quality and price. I urge readers who are kind enough to read what I wrote to see for themselves how genuine and good I found it. We will definitely be back!
