Excellent location. Super comfortable and very clean hotel. Breakfast is extensive. On a personal note, I must give Alice, the receptionist, a shout-out. After we had a major problem with our reservation, she and her manager resolved it as quickly as possible, without causing any further problems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Alice. A great place to stay with the family, right in the center of Florence. Close to all the city's attractions. A quiet and peaceful night's sleep. A generous breakfast. My children, aged 11 and 15, enjoyed the hotel and the city.

one of the most spectacular places in Florence. Beautiful rooftop terrace, and AMAZING breakfast. It has all sorts of fresh sweets too and even as a vegetarian you can find great options. It is not the newest hotel, it is in the historic center, in a historic building with very sufficient room amenities and cozy ambivalence, the rooms we stayed in had everything, were spacious and styled very florentinesque. Maybe we were lucky but overall it was a great experience. Stuff was very welcoming and polite, so thank you!!

Hotel is in a great location. Easily walk to train station, all tourist area and the bridges. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Coin laundry is 300 metres away. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room has a mini fridge. Entry to the hotel is by an electronic key pad for your safety. Breakfast provided has many choices. Fresh, warm croissants daily. Lots of fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurt and pastries. Coffee machine offers numerous choices. Two different fruit juices daily. The staff are wonderful. The owner was here when we arrived at 10am. He stored our luggage and told us when we could come back for the room. Alice, at the desk was awesome. Answered all of our questions. Made great recommendations on things to see and do, many of which were not the typical tourist ideas. She also provided wonderful dinner recommendations based on what we told her we were looking for.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a good restaurant for dinner. Good and quite varied breakfast, excellent coffee. Clean, comfortable rooms, although ours was a little humid, but perhaps due to the location. To be recommended
