Piazza San Lorenzo In Firenze

I stayed a couple of days in January. Cozy and close to the centre. Very kind staff.

Hotel is in a great location. Easily walk to train station, all tourist area and the bridges. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Coin laundry is 300 metres away. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room has a mini fridge. Entry to the hotel is by an electronic key pad for your safety. Breakfast provided has many choices. Fresh, warm croissants daily. Lots of fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurt and pastries. Coffee machine offers numerous choices. Two different fruit juices daily. The staff are wonderful. The owner was here when we arrived at 10am. He stored our luggage and told us when we could come back for the room. Alice, at the desk was awesome. Answered all of our questions. Made great recommendations on things to see and do, many of which were not the typical tourist ideas. She also provided wonderful dinner recommendations based on what we told her we were looking for.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a good restaurant for dinner. Good and quite varied breakfast, excellent coffee. Clean, comfortable rooms, although ours was a little humid, but perhaps due to the location. To be recommended

There were 3 of us in a room for just one night, but we had a great time. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a very kind girl whose name unfortunately I didn't ask, but both she and her colleague (with whom we chatted the next day) were absolutely friendly and affable. We were ahead of check-in time, but the room was ready and they checked us in straight away (in any case they assured us that we could leave our bags in reception) The room was small, but complete with everything. Cold/hot air conditioning, sockets next to the beds, desk and bathroom complete with bidet and a super shower. We appreciated the cleanliness and courtesy of the lady who supervised the breakfast room. The breakfast was complete with everything, sweet and savory. The central location, literally 10 minutes from the center, we reached all our points of interest on foot. For the price we paid everything was super! Highly recommended and we will gladly return!

Very nice hotel kept and cleaned well. Close to the center and the station, therefore convenient for getting around without the need for transport, also close to the Asian area (restaurants and markets). Peaceful and quiet area at night. Very good breakfast, the choice is not a lot but there is the right amount of both sweet and savory to make a substantial breakfast. Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice stay and recommended place!!

I stayed in this hotel from 28/1 to 31/1 with the pleasant company of two very dear friends. We booked a triple room. I have to be honest, upon our arrival, in front of the entrance door I was a little skeptical, the hotel is in fact inside a small building on two floors, on the top floor there are private apartments. But, upon entering and arriving at our room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room, although not particularly large, as is the bathroom, is complete with everything. Very clean, sockets near the beds, several comfortable light points, a small desk, mini bar, safe, wardrobe with sufficient hangers, and spaces to store trolleys, a bright window in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Small bathroom, but excellent shower, courtesy kit, no bidet, but a comfortable shower. The space for breakfast is not large, but we found a choice for both savory and sweet, fruit, yogurt...... The waitress was very attentive and thoughtful, ready to replenish again as soon as some product ran out. As far as I'm concerned, overall it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
