The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's very close to historical sites, allowing you to explore the city and then relax. It's not a full-fledged hotel, but the staff is helpful. We arrived at the end of October and the weather was nice, so we didn't need heating. There are radiators and air conditioning in the room. There's also a small balcony, just enough for a breath of fresh air. If you're checking in after 8 p.m., there's no receptionist. You're given a number to call, and a staff member will come and complete your registration and room procedures. You need to speak with them 10 minutes before your arrival. The exterior and interior doors have a password, allowing you to enter and exit. The breakfast room is quite small, with 7-8 tables, and they're all very close together. The breakfast selection is reasonable by European standards, but primarily sweet. If you're gluten- or sugar-sensitive, it's satisfactory. There aren't many places outside that cater to our breakfast culture. It was sufficient for our two-night stay. There's also a mini-fridge in the room. The rooms aren't small, and by the way, we were very comfortable for two people. They also helped with luggage storage.

A really well located and extremely friendly hotel a short walk (10-15 mins) from the main Railway Station Florence SMN and the historic centre of Florence (5 mins). Rooms modern, spotless and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, highlighting on a map for us the places we hoped to visit, and making recommendations. Breakfast plentiful; though the dining area can get busy! A lovely place to stay, we will return. Gracie.

Excellent location. Super comfortable and very clean hotel. Breakfast is extensive. On a personal note, I must give Alice, the receptionist, a shout-out. After we had a major problem with our reservation, she and her manager resolved it as quickly as possible, without causing any further problems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Alice. A great place to stay with the family, right in the center of Florence. Close to all the city's attractions. A quiet and peaceful night's sleep. A generous breakfast. My children, aged 11 and 15, enjoyed the hotel and the city.
