Good hotel close to places to visit such as the academy gallery and very delicious restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and attentive so that you didn't miss anything, at breakfast there was a variety of juices, fruits, yogurts, pastas, cold cuts, hot pastries..., the room was very comfortable and with two free bottles of water.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff was kind. Too bad about the room, no. 31, which is very small in size. Moreover, opposite on the street there is a place which, with the coming and going of customers, did not allow us to sleep before 2-3 in the morning. Regarding breakfast, if possible I would increase the choice of gluten free products a little.

Positive; Friendly staff, beautiful big room. Everything very clean and very comfortable beds. Location also very good, close to everything. Negative; There is no parking as specified on the Booking page, they offer parking around the corner and it is paid, €40 per day. You must leave your car locked in that parking lot and they will take care of your car there. They made us pay €20 per day for our dog (it seems like an exorbitant price to me) Between the parking and the dog extra, we feel a little scammed since we paid almost €300 per night to be charged for these extras.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is in an excellent location just 10 minutes on foot from the station and the Duomo. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag after arriving early and placing it in my room once it was ready, making check-in seamless. I appreciated the free water, especially since it was hot when I arrived. The terrace area with shade was a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness and value were impressive. The only downside was the tiny bathroom, which made getting in and out of the shower a bit challenging. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel.

Thank you to Alicia for her welcome and to the other members of the hotel staff, you are all very friendly and smiling. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast generous and the location perfect for visiting Florence. Top value for money

Nice hotel at great location with exceptional nice and helpfull staff. Good breakfast and clean rooms with all nesessary. Good restaurants close by as the whole city with its attractions.

Not too far from the city centre. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was neat and clean, however the AC was producing a slight odor.

It is a very comfortable place to stay, rich breakfast with fruits, good location and friendly staff, I recommend staying in this place, if you carry suitcases to drag, be prepared to carry them up, all of Europe has difficulty if you walk with these suitcases. There are many restaurants and it is very easy to get to main transportation.

Hotel very close to all the main tourist attractions and the S.M.N. station. Clean, well-stocked room, complete with fridge, plentiful breakfast Friendly staff available for any clarification.

02/08/2024: My husband and I came here when we visited Florence as part of our honeymoon. The waiters were incredible and made us feel so special! We loved one of them so much we even asked for a selfie for the memories! Food also tasted amazing, best pizza we’ve had in a long time!
02/08/2024: I celebrated my birthday, menu agreed in advance based on starter, pizza and dessert. Price in line with those of other pizzerias in Florence, excellent digestible pizzas, quality ingredients. The coccoli with stracchino are also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff for every request, even for intolerances they guaranteed a variation from the pizza menu. There is no gluten free pizza dough. Suggestive location with a view of the Arno. The only flaw is the heat in the summer, we should think of a system to create some ventilation. To be strengthened by the service staff, some small problems with the agreements made on the dessert, I had requested the cheesecake and they brought me the tiramisu, probably the confusion and the heat did not help, however good and appreciated, requested a sweet variation for my pregnant friend immediately satisfied. Parking in the area is difficult to find if you don't arrive early.

05/07/2024: We got there quite late but glad this restaurant was still open. We ordered starters and a pasta and pizza. These were some of the best meals we had on our Italian holiday. The pizza and excellent and truffle pasta spot on. If we had an extra day would have come back 🥰
09/03/2024: We went to this restaurant a little while ago and ate very well and spent little. It is super recommended!!! We will be back soon!!! Thanks guys !!!
