Very clean and nice hotel! The best staff there is!!! The super friendly girls who made us feel at home, upon hearing about my mother's birthday they congratulated her and took the time to give her a nice gift! We need more people like this in the world! The breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect to go to the Museo dell'Accademia to see Michelangelo's David and well connected with means to go to other attractions and museums such as Ponte Vecchio. I would return a thousand times for sure, I recommend.

Great breakfast..lots of choice and varied and quality cones On the other hand, next time I hope to no longer have the work as seen..it wasn't our first time..a bit of a shame and shower drainage to see again..have a good day

Very friendly girl at the reception! Sorry, I forgot to ask her name. She suggested the best places and good restaurants, transport, and gave me a map of where to go! We came to Florence for the first time for one night and chose this hotel. It is in the center, 10 minutes from the Duomo. Breakfast is hearty and varied. The rooms are clean, hot water and everything is included. The location is great! Important - close to the station.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff was kind. Too bad about the room, no. 31, which is very small in size. Moreover, opposite on the street there is a place which, with the coming and going of customers, did not allow us to sleep before 2-3 in the morning. Regarding breakfast, if possible I would increase the choice of gluten free products a little.

Good hotel close to places to visit such as the academy gallery and very delicious restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and attentive so that you didn't miss anything, at breakfast there was a variety of juices, fruits, yogurts, pastas, cold cuts, hot pastries..., the room was very comfortable and with two free bottles of water.

Positive; Friendly staff, beautiful big room. Everything very clean and very comfortable beds. Location also very good, close to everything. Negative; There is no parking as specified on the Booking page, they offer parking around the corner and it is paid, €40 per day. You must leave your car locked in that parking lot and they will take care of your car there. They made us pay €20 per day for our dog (it seems like an exorbitant price to me) Between the parking and the dog extra, we feel a little scammed since we paid almost €300 per night to be charged for these extras.

Perfect, very friendly and available staff, clean room

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is in an excellent location just 10 minutes on foot from the station and the Duomo. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag after arriving early and placing it in my room once it was ready, making check-in seamless. I appreciated the free water, especially since it was hot when I arrived. The terrace area with shade was a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness and value were impressive. The only downside was the tiny bathroom, which made getting in and out of the shower a bit challenging. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel.
