I can't understand how anyone can't come to a place like this. All top! An excellent culinary experience... especially for someone like me who usually doesn't eat anything in fancy places like this... because the flavors are too simple and spartan... but here the flavors, the quality, the raw ingredients are unmatched. Appetizer of cured meats and a vegetable dish with buffalo mozzarella, first course of guinea fowl ravioli with pistachios and zucchini flowers, second course of yellowfin tuna fillet on a bed of zucchini... dessert... now we'll see!! All excellent! Friendliness, elegance, refinement in a private and meticulously maintained environment. Absolutely recommended! Satisfied!!!

First time, refined place, excellent service, excellent cuisine, chef Yuri uses fresh products cooked with care, attention and successful experimentation. The menu has a choice of fish and meat, even elaborate but very tasty desserts. I could go on in a more detailed review but it encourages me to return so I can tell you that it is a place that I recommend trying, it does not disappoint. I have been back other times and I can confirm my 5 stars. I love the cuisine made with care and technique, the kind that you have to wait to have a good dish and here I have always found it. I recommend all the dishes even the menus of the Giro d'Italia to discover typical dishes from other regions, I find commitment and taste and not a small thing, the fact of being able to choose different dishes every month, so a customer cannot get bored of a static and usual menu for several years. I strongly recommend you try the restaurant if you want to eat well and without rushing, quality cuisine requires time of execution and not just quality of the product. See you next time chef! We went to VR10 Restaurant Lab to celebrate my father's 50th birthday and, as always, it was a simply perfect experience. Warm welcome, very kind staff and always attentive to every detail.
