Excellent gluten-free piadina, made with dedication and care by the owner using only high-quality, naturally gluten-free flours. And it tastes good, needless to say. I had a chance to chat with the owner, and she told me that for her gluten-containing piadinas, she uses local flours, made with Romagna grains, and doesn't use milk. In short, eating here is a taste experience that even a celiac can finally enjoy. I paid €8.70 for a piadina and a gluten-free beer: what more could you ask for? Prices are in line with the market, but the quality is decidedly superior. Furthermore, the owner's friendliness and helpfulness make this place a must-visit for anyone needing a quick lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

Excellent vegetarian roll. The gluten-free piadina is delicious and well-filled. The choice to use a naturally gluten-free flour mix for celiacs is much appreciated. The owner is kind and professional.

A tiny piadina shop just steps from the hospital, with comfortable outdoor seating. The piadinas are friendly, and the interior is cute but the space is very small. I expected the piadina to be much better.

The place advertises itself as gluten-free, but it says on the premises that there could be contamination.

We tried the gluten-free and regular piadina... The gluten-free one is made with naturally gluten-free flours, not deglutinated flours. They make both types themselves. They have a single baking tray, in fact, there's a sign warning about possible contamination, even though they use parchment paper when baking.
The piadinas are excellent, well-filled and filling. We tried one with speck, mushroom cream, and a cheese whose name I can't remember; it was out of this world.
In addition to piadinas, they also have pan pizzas, crescioni... They can also make sweet piadinas.
The owner is very kind, even though she was alone that day.
I highly recommend it.
