I'm always skeptical of those who sell themselves as "artisan piadina", but after trying this piadina I can assure you that they really make the dough themselves! Crumbly and light, simply perfect! A note also for the kindness of the girl at the counter and the thoughtfulness of the mother in the kitchen. Very fresh ingredients!
