I'm always skeptical of those who claim to be artisanal piadinas, but after trying this piada, I can assure you they truly make the dough themselves! Crumbly and light, simply perfect! Also noteworthy are the kindness of the woman at the counter and the attentiveness of the mother in the kitchen. The ingredients are incredibly fresh!
