This place is an absolute gem! I needed a quick meal on the way home from the gym and stumbled across this cute sandwich shop. Despite my poor Italian language skills - Andy was super friendly and whipped up a quick and absolutely delicious Piadina for me! I would highly recommended stopping by for a quick, cheap meal with lovely homely authentic ambience! Plus, probably the biggest selection of drinks I've ever seen!! 11/10 guys keep it up. I'll be back when I visit Bologna next! 🤤 P.S. the photos can't do this sandwich justice - it was so tasty!

We stopped by Andy's last Friday at 11pm. He welcomed us with broken English but was very kind. We didn't know piadina and it was a wonderful discovery. Thanks to Andy for making us feel so welcome 😊

The atmosphere is very simple and basic. On sunny days, you can enjoy some outdoor seating, surrounded by a couple of umbrellas but on a sidewalk along the street. Alternatively, there are a couple of indoor counters where you can sit. The quality of the piadinas is very high, with select ingredients. There's virtually no service, partly because the owner is alone, but the atmosphere is warm, pleasant, almost friendly.

The best piadina shop in Bologna. Andy is a very friendly and helpful person, a real pleasure to interact with. The place is small but clean, with a wall decorated with thank you notes from customers who have passed by. The piadinas are exceptional; the dough (fermented) is made by Andy, and the ingredients are fresh. My favorite remains the classic prosciutto with arugula and squacquerone, but there are many excellent ones.

We stopped by chance on our way back from Umbria to Milan, and we hit the nail on the head! Super delicious piadinas, niche ingredients, and a fantastic atmosphere! Great Aaandyyy! Greetings from Tom and Elena

28/09/2025: You can't go wrong eating here! The pinsa is excellent, even for takeout, with a wide selection and top-quality ingredients. The prices are a bit high for the size of the pinsa, but otherwise I can't fault it: good from appetizer to dessert. I wish they'd bring back Sunday brunch; it was a really great idea they launched during COVID! The place is aesthetically beautiful both inside and out, but it's a shame about the back, which could perhaps be better utilized or at least tidied up. Inside, there's a single, well-furnished room; the only thing that could be considered is adding some panels to muffle the chatter (though I personally didn't find it annoying).

21/11/2025: Such a cute spot! I was staying outside the historic center and stumbled upon this charming restaurant near my hotel. There’s a chalkboard menu above the counter and a comfy dining room off to the side with fun artwork. It had “pugliese street food” and I had the pinsa margherita which was fresh, tasty, and the dough was fantastic. I wish I had been more hungry so I could have tried some of the other menu options. A glass of red wine made it even better. The server was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, and really patient with my rusty Italian, even helping me with a few phrases.
