Preciso subito che Paolo ora sta aperto il martedi e chiuso la domenica!! Stasera ho provato per la prima volta il crescione pomodoro e mozzarella con "rinforzino" di. cipolla e funghi. Eccellente! Me lo riprenderò di sicuro.

I ordered quite a few piadinas and took them to Lecce, to freeze them and eat one at the right time to remind myself how the real Romagna piadina is made. Congratulations, it's the best I've ever tasted.

Super approved piadineria. I ate a watercress, tomato and mozzarella and a spectacular Nutella roll. Cooked just right and tasty. Absolutely worth trying if you pass through these parts. The owner is very kind and nice.
