Cozy like going to grandma's. Genuine and good. The piadina is truly delicious, light but substantial dough. The raw materials have been carefully chosen. Riccardo and I ate, with the kind suggestion of the landlady because we really didn't know how to choose between the proposals, a platter of piadine with Umbrian cheeses, Tuscan cured meats and Romagna squacquerone and grilled vegetables.
