Review made 4 years after the last one. I would like to raise my rating from 4 to 5 stars as this is the best piadina I have ever tried (from the Po upwards obviously). We must also compliment the great variety on the menu, the excellent service of the manager and his patience in keeping it open until late.

The best piadineria in Piedmont most likely for the following reasons... the owner Romagnolo DOCG non DOC, Artisanal piadinas, quality. The best obviously is the classic, raw rocket, squacquerone and then enjoy. Not the classic bar / piadineria / sandwich shop that serves the usual industrial piadinas in bags. A whole different story here, the opportunity to eat a real piadina made by a person from Romagna even in Piedmont is not so obvious. A real piadineria that takes you to Romagna... all that's missing is the sea air and then it's like being in Rimini. I have been a customer for 18 years, since the days of Romagna Piada in Intra, my lunch breaks after school were unforgettable as a kid. I can say that you can dream of better piadinas than these in the area. Guaranteed👌🏻 🥇🎖️
