New shopping center with shops and stores, bars and restaurants. Inside there is also a Despar supermarket for daily shopping for the family. It also has sports shops. I recommend visiting it, as there is also a multiplex area with a cinema.

23/08/2025: We stayed overnight at the campsite. The location is beautiful, nestled between olive trees, with many animal enclosures nearby, filled with happy chickens, ducks, geese, etc. Xhemil is very friendly. We would come back anytime.

14/04/2025: We went to Villa Umberto to celebrate a friend's 18th birthday and we were thrilled! The place is truly beautiful: surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden that creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Dinner was a buffet and was a real surprise: an infinite number of dishes, especially of the typical Terraman tradition. We tasted everything, from fried foods (excellent!) to mazzarelle, from porchetta to other local dishes, all prepared with great care and quality. Impeccable service, helpful and friendly staff. It is the perfect place for events, ceremonies or even just to enjoy a nice dinner in a quiet and well-kept environment. Highly recommended!
