Phoenix Chalet In Valprato soana

Relaxing day in Val Soana and for lunch we tried this place. We couldn't have chosen better. The owner was very kind and generous in providing the best service. As an appetizer we ate anchovies in green and red. Very good, absolutely balanced in flavor and not at all salty. As a second course polenta concia and paccheri with white roe deer sauce. Everything was delicious, well cooked, eaten with real taste and pleasure. If you happen to be in those parts and want to have lunch or dinner, the choice is a must. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Beautiful chalet, under management since last year, they will also be open on Fri. Sat. Sun., friendly and nice owners, try the sprizz and the various local liqueurs...
