It's okay, but the downside is that you can only reach the rental car by shuttle bus. Otherwise, there are a lot of passengers and few seats if the plane is delayed, as was the case with us.

I HAVE BEEN SURPRISED BY HOW RENOVATED IT IS. THERE ARE MORE STORES, THE CHECK-IN AT THE COUNTERS IS FAST AND ATTENTIVE, AND ABOVE ALL, THE REVIEW AND ENTRY TO THE LOUNGES IS MORE OPEN. THERE ARE MANY PLACES TO EAT. YOU STILL BOARD BY TRUCKS IF IT IS A LOCAL FLIGHT, BUT IT IS NICE, IT IS ITALY., LA BELLA ITALIA.

It's closed between midnight and 4 am. If you need to come during those hours, there's a gas station next to the parking lot that's open 24 hours a day. It's a great place to pass the time. The airport: quite small, poorly organized, and we arrived early in the morning. During rush hour, it must be a disaster.

Small airport surprisingly with the huge tourism. SAS only allowed us 2 hours prior to boarding. You do need to take a bus to the airplane

19/08/2025: A charming little spot with excellent coffee, delicious cappuccino, and fresh brioche. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The lady behind the counter was very kind, pleasant, and friendly.
01/07/2025: The smoothest and most delicious corneto in all of Italy. Fast and attentive service. I ordered a coffee to go and received excellent service. Good prices. It's located inside the Venezia Sta. Lucia station.
