We had a great stay, even if it was just for one night. The staff is helpful and always smiling, the location is wonderful, and the property, while in keeping with the area, is well-maintained and clean.

Business trip. I always look for hotels with a gym, and this hotel's is unmatched for the quantity and quality of equipment. The staff is friendly and smiling from start to finish, from the front desk to the manager in the dining room. Stunning location on the Milano Marittima promenade. Delicious food!!! This was our first time at this hotel. We received a warm and professional welcome. The maître d', Mr. Emilio, is very professional and attentive to the needs of his guests. He pampered us and made us feel at ease. My wife, who is lactose intolerant, had several choices for dinner and breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely return as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful weekend. The staff was kind and attentive to their guests' needs. The restaurant service was excellent, with dishes prepared with care and passion. The room was large and comfortable, clean…but the minibar was empty 😭

We just returned from a weekend...we fell in love with this place, everything was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was incredibly kind, and I found them to be very helpful and smiling. Fantastic pool! The hotel is located 10 meters from the very well-kept and elegant private beach. The breakfast was superb, everything was delicious 😋 We highly recommend it...we'll be back soon 😉

Wonderful hotel with its own bathroom on the beach. The service of clean beach towels given every day and the babysitting service both on the beach and in the hotel were much appreciated. We chose the full board formula: at every meal there is a huge variety of dishes to choose from. We also thank the reception staff for their availability at all times.

Escape from the city in the middle of relaxation, sea, food and pampering. Emilio excellent example of professionalism and customer care.

I stayed in this hotel one night between June 3rd and 4th with some friends. The hotel is located in a perfect position facing the sea next to the very famous Papeete beach. The hotel's private beach is right next to the very well-kept Papeete beach and the staff is super friendly. Before checking in, the very kind staff gave us a tour of the hotel explaining in detail all the services that the hotel offers. The hotel has a small gym that guests can use, a swimming pool, a private spa and parking in front at a cost of €10 per day that you can pay directly with the room by providing the license plate of the car. Unfortunately, our stay of just one day did not give us the opportunity to use all the services that the hotel offers but we will definitely return next time for a longer holiday. Very kind staff, the reception lady Ioana super helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers, Mr. Vasile who carefully brought our suitcases to the room. Even the breakfast, included in the price was very varied, the dining room staff extremely kind and attentive, if you like something that is not in the buffet they immediately work to get it for you. Cleaning ok and rooms quite spacious each with a balcony overlooking the sea. I can only recommend this hotel for your holidays, they will make you feel at home.
