Starred restaurant we had at least 11 courses a unique experience

An unforgettable dining experience. The food was amazing, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We don’t consume alcohol, and the chef personally ensured none of our dishes contained it—he even offered creative non-alcoholic pairings. The staff were professional yet friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. To top it off, Chef Peter Brunel himself gifted us freshly made spaghetti and a signed non-alcoholic drink at the end. Truly exceptional hospitality and cuisine. Highly recommended.

What attentive service in this beautiful restaurant! We had a lovely evening here and enjoyed good food and drinks. The prices are really steep for what you get; personally, I think it's too expensive for what they serve. When we left, we received a nice gift to take home.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. What can I say... everything was simply curated, wonderfully explained by chef Peter Brunel, and as he puts it, every course was delicious. I would call it a journey, in search of flavors artistically expressed in dishes where each item and ingredient had its perfect place. An added bonus was the passion for art, which is evident in every object in the restaurant. SUPER EXPERIENCE, we'll definitely see you again.

A divine experience. They make you feel at home without forgetting the professionalism that a restaurant of this type requires. The food is delicious, the service exceptional, and everyone, absolutely everyone, from Peter to his staff, are wonderful people. Very high standard fine-dining experience. We both had the 14 course tasting menu. Each dish was interesting and playful with flavours. Interesting use of various leafs in some of the courses, and they have clearly taken care to source incredible ingredients for the various dishes. View of the kitchen whilst dining is fun and the head chef takes his time to visit the tables during the service

The chef conquers not only with an authentic, refined and heartfelt cuisine, but also with his humanity, which makes this place truly special. Il mio ritorno in questo ristorante 1stella Michelin alle porte di Arco è stato memorabile. Rinnovato negli ambienti ( dopo una sala destinata all'accoglienza ci sono tre sale, sempre più esclusive fino ad un massimo di 20 coperti) e nel menù (due corse a degustazione) regala oggi una qualità che lo relega sicuramente nel mondo dell' eccellenza mondiale...e la clientela che si reca da lui lo testimonia. Vale una viaggio!

Che dire un peccato non riuscire a venirci più spesso ! Ambiente raffinato, cucina elegante, cantina più che adeguata. Personale gentilissimo. Peter - grande Chef - stupisce sempre e sempre positivamente Vale sempre !
