Very high standard fine-dining experience. We both had the 14 course tasting menu. Each dish was interesting and playful with flavours. Interesting use of various leafs in some of the courses, and they have clearly taken care to source incredible ingredients for the various dishes. View of the kitchen whilst dining is fun and the head chef takes his time to visit the tables during the service

An experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. We were welcomed into a warm and familiar environment, where every detail conveys passion and care. The chef conquers not only with an authentic, refined and heartfelt cuisine, but also with his humanity, which makes this place truly special. A sincere thank you also to the staff: professional, impeccable and always attentive, they made our evening even more enjoyable. We felt at home, in a safe and welcoming place where we will definitely return. Thank you for having made us discover not only a great restaurant, but also new friends.

The first thing to say about the restaurant is that it doesn't repeat itself. With each visit (and there have been four) there is not only a new menu, but also a completely new structure. From three different tasting menus to a 14-course tapas-like menu, everything has been included so far. And it was first class every time. Food, service, location. I was particularly lucky yesterday when I was allowed to occupy the table that allows a direct view of the serving station. Exciting. I would be happy to do it a fifth time. Until then: Grace

Il mio ritorno in questo ristorante 1stella Michelin alle porte di Arco è stato memorabile. Rinnovato negli ambienti ( dopo una sala destinata all'accoglienza ci sono tre sale, sempre più esclusive fino ad un massimo di 20 coperti) e nel menù (due corse a degustazione) regala oggi una qualità che lo relega sicuramente nel mondo dell' eccellenza mondiale...e la clientela che si reca da lui lo testimonia. Vale una viaggio!

Siamo stati per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito. Davvero un'esperienza speciale, un viaggio. Sapori eccezionali arricchiti dalla presenza costante dello chef che trasmette simpatia e passione per il suo lavoro. Sommelier e tutto lo staff gentilissimi e preparati. Ambiente accogliente, luminoso, siamo stati coccolati ed a nostro agio dall'inizio alla fine. Da consigliare senza ombra di dubbio!

We had the chance to take a route together with Peter which left us speechless and with a full stomach. Poet of the kitchen. Undisputed Nr. 1 in the area. A profound connoisseur of cuisine, he completely amazed us with his works of art. Indulge in this culinary journey.

Rachel and I had a wonderful experience at the Peter Brunel Ristorante in November 2024. We were there for an early seating on a Tuesday evening and we were treated amazingly well by all the staff. We enjoyed some gourmet snacks and creative cocktails in the lounge area before we were seated at our table. Our dinner was amazing. Our server was super gracious. And Chef Peter stopped by our table a few times during the course of our meal. Impeccable service and attention to detail. We sat near the large window into the immaculate kitchen and the staff buzzed with calm efficiency. Please do beware of the desert department… after an amazing tasting menu the deserts kept coming in waves and nearly sunk us…. but were also very tasty. For the cocktails there were creative combos like a Negroni with a reserve Campari. The tasting menu was incredible with a story behind every dish. The wine pairing was perfect too featuring some very nice local wines. At the end of our meal the chef even made sure we had a taxi to make our way back to our Airbnb. Never have we enjoyed such great food, with such great service, and a genuine focus on the guests comfort and enjoyment. We loved this meal and would go out of our way to eat here again next time we are in northern Italy. If you are anywhere close do make a reservation and stop in. You will not regret it!

Gorgeous. Chef Peter knows how to amaze guests with his creativity in the kitchen and friendliness in the dining room, assisted by Andrea and all the staff, he manages to convey emotions that I have rarely found in other places. I'm sure that the success it has is well deserved. I will certainly return with some friends even if the distance from my home is considerable. Very very good. PS cellar 10 cum laude.
