My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.

Excellent seafood restaurant We had dinner here as a family—my wife, my daughters, and I—and were very satisfied. The paccheri with swordfish and cherry tomatoes were truly delicious, as was the risotto with creamy scampi, creamy and well-balanced in flavor. The other dishes also left a great impression: you could taste the fresh ingredients and carefully prepared. Despite the fact that it was a day when they were visibly understaffed, the service was prompt, attentive, and courteous, without long waits. This certainly deserves credit. Speaking of the owners, they are also welcoming and friendly, and contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. We'll gladly return :)

An exceptional lunch. Patrizia, the dining room hostess, is welcoming and knowledgeable, attentive to guests and offers excellent advice. Her husband takes care of the kitchen and prepares excellent dishes. The fresh, flavorful fish is expertly prepared. We ordered two hot appetizers and fed three of us: two sea bream with potatoes and mouth-watering spaghetti with lobster, plus a delicious trio of desserts. The prices are more than fair. If you're near Fiano Romano, stop by—you won't regret it.
