Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in centro a Roma,accolti piacevolmente dal gentilissimo titolare, sig.Fabio, sempre molto disponibile e ancora una volta non si è smentito in cucina! Piatti dal gusto delizioso, una banalissima cacio e pepe lui la rende speciale! Sempre cibo di ottima qualità, e piatti squisiti. Lo consiglio vivamente

Comfortable but uncomfortable atmosphere, smiling but feeling angry. Delicious but not wanting to go back. This is my personal opinion.

25/08/2024: Worth the hype for sure. The line seems intimidating but they have a server taking drink orders while you wait which makes it much more tolerable!
24/08/2024: Waited for just under two hours for a table as we’d left it too late to eat early. Definitely some of the most memorable pasta we had in Rome and it came quickly which made it feel worth the wait. Aperol spritz to take away was available while we queued which helped the time pass
