We asked to be seated outside, but be aware there moskitoes;) No prosecco welcoming drinks as some in their reviews mentioned. No English menu, but it’s alright we use Google translate :) Waiters are very nice and cheerful. Food was great. We are not use to eat much in the evening so only had one osso bucco risotto Milanese, served with bread which was excellent and one pizza which dough was fantastic

I came to eat with my partner the other night. The place is very welcoming and beautiful, with excellent taste in the furnishings! I had an excellent Florentine steak and she had a pizza, and I must admit, both courses were really good! The waiters who welcomed us were truly courteous and knowledgeable! For the location and the service, I thought I'd spend much more! The wine list is really well-stocked, with fine wines and more to suit all budgets! I highly recommend eating there! Excellent value for money and excellent service! I'll definitely be back soon!

I've been frequenting Pepe Nero for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say it's always been one of my go-tos in Milan. I've always had a great experience: from the quality of the food to the customer service, everything has been top-notch. With the recent renovation of the location, the restaurant has taken a further leap in quality. The space has become even more beautiful and meticulously designed, elegant yet welcoming. I truly appreciate the fact that, despite this significant upgrade, the prices have remained unchanged: an unsurprising gesture that shows great respect for their regular customers. The ingredients are always fresh and high-quality, the service is impeccable, and the kindness of the staff makes every dinner a pleasure. A place I always love to return to, highly recommended.

We went there for lunch on a Sunday and loved it. The restaurant is beautiful, the menu is varied, and the prices are very fair. The service was good too! We had a positive experience. I'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the Black Pepper dishes. I went for dinner and had a truly excellent and filling bowl, with black rice, avocado, salad, and tuna tartare. It was all accompanied by freshly baked focaccia.

I was there the other evening with some friends, apart from the fact that I found the place more beautiful and more elegant, the staff are ready to welcome you, kind, especially the girl who calls herself Anna, she is really nice, kind and good and the pizza is really good, congratulations.

Top quality, very pleasant, smiling, and professional staff. Everything was very good. There were 7 of us for dinner. The braised octopus was a real couch potato, the burrata was incredible, the ham melted in the mouth, the beef tartare with truffles was exceptional. The salads were also very good and plentiful. Be careful, there was no pasta in the evening (our only regret), so we had the braised salmon and smoked salmon instead, which was always excellent. Great place, exclusively Italian clientele. They also do takeaway pizzas, which were also very, very good.
