I would start from the most pleasant thing of the evening, staff always smiling, friendly and super kind. I started with an appetizer of Tuscan crostini, very good, accompanied by a very good craft beer recommended to me by one of the waiters. While I was waiting for the paccheri with octopus ragù, a must-try, I tasted the pizza of one of the relatives sitting at the table with me, very good and with excellent quality ingredients. Well done for everything, I renew my compliments to the dining room staff for the quality of the service, the attention to the customer and everyone's smile!

On Saturday evening, the place is very full, as is generally the case if you want to eat a good pizza away from home. Many large tables, ample space outside with a completely closed veranda for the winter and well furnished/decorated to create a super pleasant environment. Lots of waiters, all young and kind. There are also starters, first and second courses (even outside the daily menu) as well as pizza. Fine pizza, now rare to find given that the Neapolitan style is "in fashion" so if you love well-rolled pizza, fine edge and well cooked, this is the right place!! We also tried a calzone, good. Excellent price quality.

Another strong point is the offer of drinks: in addition to the classic beers and a good selection of wines, the possibility of accompanying the pizza with well-prepared cocktails makes the experience even more interesting, also perfect for an alternative aperitif. I have had the opportunity to visit Sale e Pepe several times and, in general, I have always had a very good time. However, on the last occasion, I encountered a small inconvenience: my order was wrong, even though I had chosen a particular pizza such as the truffle one. The staff is generally competent and helpful, but in certain situations the attention to detail could be improved. Overall, Sale e Pepe remains a pizzeria that I recommend for those looking for a high-quality gastronomic experience in a refined and lively environment. A small margin of improvement in the service would make everything perfect!

Cibo di qualità, la pizza veramente favolosa, prezzo nella norma. Peccato per l'attesa 1 antipasto 2 pizze, bevande con 2 ore d'attesa , mi sembra esagerato.
